Information you give us
When you use our contact or quote forms, call us, or work with us as a client, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, company name, and details about your project. We use it to respond to you, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you ask for. We never sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use logs for security and troubleshooting, and they are routinely rotated.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, general region). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
- Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data to tell people from bots.
Client services and Google user data
Some of our client services connect to Google services, such as review management dashboards that work with a client's Google Business Profile. In those cases:
- We access Google data only for Business Profiles the client has explicitly authorized, either by adding our agency account as a manager or by granting consent through Google's standard sign-in (OAuth) flow.
- We use that access solely to display the client's own reviews to them, alert them to new reviews, and publish owner replies the client writes or approves. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or redistribute it.
- Access can be revoked by the client at any time, from their Google account permissions or by asking us.
MJM Design's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies: Google Analytics cookies (described above), and reCAPTCHA cookies on our forms. Client dashboards we operate use essential session cookies so clients can stay signed in; those cookies do no tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as web hosting and email delivery, and with Google for the services described above, and only as needed to do the work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information as long as needed to respond, provide the service, and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. If you would like information about you corrected or deleted, ask and we will take care of it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted, and access to stored information is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect what you share with us.

Pages on this site may link to other websites, including social networks. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
